Why the balance might not be what you expect

Cleanups often happen in phases — the clear-out first, then the deep clean, then odor work a few weeks later. Each phase draws down the credit, so a $5,000 fund with a $2,000 first phase applied against it will show $3,000 remaining. That’s normal, and the rest stays there until you use it.

If several relatives contributed, each credit has its own code and its own balance. Bring all of them to the job and we’ll apply them together to one invoice.
