Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
USA Hoarding Cleanup (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. Given the nature of what we do, we understand that the fact you contacted us at all is sensitive information. We treat it that way.
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who does and does not get to see it.
1. What we collect
- Identifiers. Your name, phone number, the property address, ZIP code, and the IP address of the device you used to reach us.
- What you tell us about the property. The condition of the home, and anything else you share by phone or through a form so we can give you an accurate estimate. You choose how much of this to tell us.
- Payment information. If you buy a Family Cleanup Fund credit or pay for work, the card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your card number on our systems.
- Email address, only if you choose to join our email list. We do not require an email address to speak with us or to hire us.
2. How we use it
- To route your call to the right crew for your area and to schedule the work.
- To prepare and deliver your estimate and invoice.
- To process payments and to issue or redeem prepaid service credits.
- To contact you about your job by phone, text message, or email, depending on how you asked us to reach you.
- To send our email guide and follow-up messages, if you signed up for them. You can leave that list at any time, with one click, and we won’t contact you again.
3. Who we share it with — and who we don’t
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We are not a lead-generation service. Your phone number does not get passed to a list of contractors who will call you for the next six months. That practice is common in this industry, and we don’t participate in it.
Your information is shared only with:
- Our own crews — the people doing the work in your home. We don’t sell your job to outside contractors.
- Service providers we rely on to run the business — our payment processor, our phone system, our email provider, and our website host. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.
- Your Medicaid case manager or program, where the work is authorized and billed through a state waiver. That’s the only way a claim can be paid, and it’s limited to what the program requires.
- Legal authorities, where the law requires it — for example a health-code obligation, an adult protective services requirement, or a valid court order.
We do not publish photographs of your home. Anything used for documentation stays in your file.
4. Calls and text messages
Our phone lines are recorded for quality and training. If you give us your number, you’re agreeing that we may call or text you about your job — scheduling, quotes, crew arrival. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop.
5. Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors find and use the site, and to measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works fine without them.
6. Your rights
Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of certain uses of it. We honor these requests regardless of which state you’re in — it’s simpler, and it’s the right thing to do.
To make a request, call us at 888-729-0490. We’ll verify who you are before we act on it, so that nobody else can request your records.
7. How long we keep it
We keep job records as long as we need them for tax, insurance, warranty, and Medicaid audit purposes, and then we dispose of them. If you ask us to delete your information and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we will.
8. Children
This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new effective date will appear at the top of this page.
10. How to reach us
Call 888-729-0490, any hour. Ask for the privacy request line and we’ll take it from there.
